Wesleyan, a Birmingham-based mutual specializing in financial services for doctors, dentists and teachers, has joined its board.
Rita Bajaj has over 30 years of experience in global investment markets, including leading investment teams at Royal London and Invesco Perpetual. She has also managed global and US equity vehicles for several US investment institutions.
Rita de Bajaj’s most recent executive position was as Chief Administrative Officer (EMEA) of State Street Corporation, a US custodian bank.

“I look forward to sharing my extensive investment experience and getting involved in the broader transformation agenda as the company seeks to improve its culture and strengthen its business for the benefit of its members and customers. .”
